Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist on CNN, HLN and other platforms. Also, she's the on-camera expert and executive producer of television specials on the DIY NETWORK, called THE LAST HOUSE STANDING which debuted on March 30, 2012. Bonnie's first published book is EXTREME WATER, Palgrave Macmillan. It was published on January 31, 2012, by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. Three days a weeks, Schneider was also a reporter for WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. She was the Saturday weather forecaster at WFOR-TV Miami prior to joining WB56. She's had a number of meteorology and reporting positions including: News 12 Long Island which is a 24 hour broadcasting network for news and entertainment, and WXII TV, which is the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In New York City, she was a fill-in weatherman for The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
